Villa Toscana (Toscana Congress Gmunden)

Arriving by train from Vienna/Salzburg
Take the train (ÖBB or Westbahn) to Attnang-Puchheim and then change to the regional train to Obertraun. After four stops you will reach Gmunden.
Journey time: ~ 2 hours 30 minutes (depending on connection)
Get on the tram at the station (timetable) and get off at the “Kuferzeile” stop. Then walk back along “Kuferzeile” and turn into Alois-Kaltenbruner-Straße, which leads toward the lake. Once you reach the harbour, continue to the right along Dr-Franz-Thomas-Straße until you reach Johann-Orth-Allee, which leads to Orth Castle, the surrounding park and finally the congress centre. Depending on the weather, you can also take the alternative route via the car park.

Arriving by car from Vienna
Take the Highway A1 in direction of Salzburg and drive via St. Pölten and Linz to the Regau exit. After the exit, take the second exit at the roundabout in the direction of Gmunden. Follow the road (B145) to the Gmunden-West junction and then turn into Dr-Franz-Thomas-Straße. Continue until you reach the Gmunden Strandbad. Then you can turn right into the car park for the congress centre. Villa Toscana is only a few minutes walk from there.

A large car park is available directly at the event location. It can be used free of charge. (Information status: January 2024).
